Change Your Email
Looking to manage the emails you receive / Unsubscribed by accident? Click here
To change your email address follow these steps:
- In the ScrapHappy Shop
- Click on “My Account” from the pink bar at the top.
- From your Account click on “Account details“
- Enter your new email address then press “Save Changes” (all the way at the bottom of the page)
- I’m not 100% sure about this, but I believe you will still get emails from circle to the wrong account, which might be able to be changed from your circle account. (I really don’t know, they keep changing things on me) Either way they can sort it out if you send them a message from the chat window at the bottom right of the family site.
They take FOREVER to get back to you, so send your request as one large concise message.
Example:
Hello, please change my email FROM [email protected] TO [email protected]
My new email on my account should be: [email protected]
If I have an account under each address, please merge the accounts so they are both under [email protected].
