Double Billing / Charged Twice

Were you so excited to join ScrapHappy you signed up twice?

Double billing, happens from time to time and I’ve worked hard to make sure it doesn’t happen anymore! But alas, sometimes someone will create a new [second] account. So I wanted to make it as easy as possible to get your money back.

Simply follow the steps below and your refund will be processed automatically, instantly. (For credit card purchases you will still have to wait however long you normally have to. And PayPal is sometimes weird and puts your refund in your PayPal balance instead of your payment source, so you might need to transfer that from PayPal…)

IF You Have Two “Active” Subscriptions on the same account (this shouldn’t be possible anymore)

  1. Follow these steps Cancel Membership & Refund

IF You have two Accounts & Each one has a subscription

Each account will be using its own email address.

  • IF you are able to login to both accounts
  1. On your New (unused) account follow these steps Cancel Membership & Refund
  2. Then use your Old account like normal
  • IF you can’t login to either or both accounts
  1. Follow: How to Find & Recover a Lost account
  2. IF that works, on your New (unused) account follow these steps Cancel Membership & Refund
  3. Then use your Old account like normal
