Manage Your Subscription

  1. Go to The ScrapHappy Shop
  2. Click on My Account in the top menu
  3. Then Select Subscriptions from the side menu
  4. Click the ‘View’ button for your Active subscription

From Here you can renew your membership early, turn off auto renew

Turning Off Auto Renewal

  1. Go to The ScrapHappy Shop
  2. Click on My Account in the top menu
  3. Then Select Subscriptions from the side menu
  4. Click the ‘View’ button for your Active subscription
  5. Flick the Auto Renew Switch Off then | PRESS “Cancel” to fully Cancel auto renewal

Once you turn off auto-renewal you can continue to use your account normally until the date of your expiration, at that time your account will automatically deactivate.

Renewing Early

If your membership is going to expire during LOAD, you can opt to renew early to prevent being locked out by accident.

  1. To Renew Early go to The ScrapHappy Shop
  2. Click on My Account in the top menu
  3. Then Select Subscriptions from the side menu
  4. Click the ‘View’ button for your Active subscription
  5. Click on the “Renew” button, which will then take you to the checkout.
    • Renewing early adds a year to your subscription, there’s no penalty for renewing early, a renewal adds 365 days to however long you currently have left.

How do I know if I’m still a member?

  1. Go to The ScrapHappy Shop
  2. Click on My Account in the top menu
  3. Then Select Subscriptions from the side menu
    • This will list all your subscriptions, as well as the dates of which they are valid. (Please note that we moved to a new shop software in late-2023 so a prior membership would not be listed. If there are no memberships listed and you think you might still be a member you can check your old account here)

How do I know if I have auto-renew turned on?

  1. Go to The ScrapHappy Shop
  2. Click on My Account in the top menu
  3. Then Select Subscriptions from the side menu
  4. Click the ‘View’ button for your Active subscription
  5. Look at the Auto Renew Switch
